Save yourself from profound regret. EVERY element of our 250k system was botched, and made worse by years of lousy fixes before we were finally fired as clients. After 8 years and 20k of repair and installation work, Roy decided we were no longer a viable client. Not only did he dump us when both units are down due to an issue with a condensate pipe his company installed, but also had a tech call rather than handle him self. Several architects had noted this lack of professional behavior as reasons they have severed ties. Disappointed as the one tech he has is phenomenal and incredibly nice guy and in a personal level, we will miss his visits.
