My car was damaged by hail recently and I was less than thrilled to go through the hassle of truck shopping, however Timothy and Greg at Carthage Ford made the process easy from start to finish! I needed a key replaced that had broken and could not be duplicates. The personal at Excel Ford were extremely patient and helpful as we worked out a solution. The final result is that I am riding and very satisfied with their attention and concern.

I had just started looking at 2025 F250s need to upgrade from a F 150 for better towing capacity. I had done a lot of research on line. And this was actually the first Dealer I went to. EXCEL Ford had a XL model that i was looking for. They made me a fair trade on my F 150. and worked to get the interest rate I could live with. And priced the truck at a reasonable price. Salesman did a good job of explaining some of the options on the truck. I'm satisfied and would recommend Excel Ford.

Service department is lost as a duck. They have no idea how to look up vin and read service contract. We took our bronco in get service and recalls and the young lady had no idea what a service contract is. Not trained. No idea of her job. Lost as a duck. Service team needs more training or a person in charge that understands a service contract. Not good service at this dealership.
