Helpful, friendly staff. No pressure to buy.
Bought used vehicle still under warranty, made appointment to have service fix 2 issues. Waited several days for appointment, then they had vehicle several days before calling me and telling me they would not fix it. Told me to take to original delearship I purchased from. Service lady argued with me about the purchase of the vehicle, then she called my daughter to verify that I had indeed bought the vehicle. So much for trust and privacy. Called marshall ford, scheduled appointment and they were very nice and accommodating.
People were nice.
So far they have done an excellent job with my vehicle even if it is a Hyundai Tuscon. Second time on going and planning to keep using them in future.
Where were traveling though Carthage on our way home when our truck started having problems. Excel's service department was able to service our vehicle in a short amount of time so we could be on our way. They went to great lengths to ensure that all our problems were resolved. Scott S
