Dr Garlick is amazing with incredible energy and is so informative and educational; but the start of the office is his assistant Malia. She was so helpful after a very difficult and problematic experience at another doctor’s office. She took time to listen and understand the context of the problem over a few months. The reception at Excel in Saratoga Springs is awesome. Besides being friendly, Raquel went out of her way to work with the billing department. Thanks to Wendy in billing my issue was handled in seconds.I see Dr Woolley and he has always spent time hearing my concerns and explaining everything clearly. My wait time has always been minimal. 5 stars.
They did a great job taking care of my son and daughter. They were fast and professional.
I always have the nicest experience at my Saratoga springs excel eye center. Raquel, Sarah and Jacie make my time there almost feel like we are fast friends. So kind and understanding and helpful!
