Very irresponsible company. Our freight is been on the go for 3 moths already , they don't pick up the calls,they don't give you any updates. You call and they don't pick up. Very unprofessional.
La verdad en muy descontento envíe una caja para Venezuela desde el 15 de octubre y nada aún solo q está en Medellín, q en Bogotá, y ahora piden más dinero para poder entregar la caja después q ya se pagó un envío.!! Me parece una falta de respeto y seriedad.! Aquí ajuntó algunos de los mensajes enviados por parte de Excel express cargo, aparte escriben y dicen q lo q van a cobrar es en dólares paralelo en Venezuela donde es ilegal, y borraron el mensaje.!
Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, retrasos en la entrega y nunca tienen una respuesta concreta… Para nada recomiendo esta compañía de envío.
