Came in and was helped very quickly. Staff was very helpful and did not take forever. Thanks again!
I asked the nurse to put the IV in my right arm and she told me no. She said that the blood pressure cuff and the pulse oximeter were already on that arm. Would have taken 30 seconds to move it from my right to my left. She didn’t wash her hands and she didn’t clean the tubing or my iv each time she reconnected it. The spot around my iv broke out into a rash when I left
Everyone was very nice to me it was a very fast process. One of the most painful experiences of my life but I'll definitely go there again if I need to
My blood pressure was sky high, but Excel didn’t consider me an emergency . 214/105. My granddaughter was scared to drive all the way to MCH at 10pm. The were OK with me after I paid $800. for. CT scan a na a bp med.😣🤪
I was admitted pretty quick. Dr & nurses & staff were very nice, very accommodating would check on me very often. Dr didn’t allow for me to leave until he had done everything in his power to get to the bottom line of my symptoms/condition. Then he followed up the following day to make I’m doing okay or if there was any questions he didn’t get to answer. That’s how a healthcare facility should be ran. Awesome job Dr. O. Definitely recommend going here if you need anything.
