This place absolutely sucks ass. If you take work to them you better be ready for lie after lie on delivery and at least a 50% rejection rate. These idiots are in so far over their head I wonder if they even know what EDM means. We were quoted a 3 day delivery and after 6 weeks of delays and unreturned phone calls we picked up our parts and only 8 of the 49 pieces were even worked on and 6 of those are scap due to non-conformance. By the way the "good" review above was posted by the owner of Excell

This place is a joke. Dont even bother giving them a due date for your job. Rest assured, it WILL NOT be done on time. My company has sent several jobs to them, and we repeatedly experience problems. If you call to check on your job status, you are met with an attitude, and a vague (we are still working on it) response. The "manager" Patrick is no better either. He will not respond to voice or emails, and when you finally do get him on the phone, its the same old story. "It will be done today" or "first thing in the morning"... read more
