I had a really aggressive interaction with one of the drivers, called the side of the car. Called customer service and had an equally disrespectful phone call there as well. The company culture here seems really off and unfriendly.
I booked Porta John's for a block party and they didn't show up. Part of me understood that making a mistake happens and I wasn't too upset.
