I had 2 casemanagers at excel they told me nothing but go seek mental health elsewhere i wasnt qualified. Really? So i advise ppl do go elsewhere they did nothing but get payments illegally.

Not recommended. I as of yesterday put up review its gone but i screenshot it. Google has no rights when ppl telling the truth. I signed a lease 6/18, ad says ll "pays all utilities", but my lease says i pay. I called legal aid bc casemanager from gcb said excel and ll was telling me that i need to move my things or he will lock me out. 3 weeks ago. I signed lease.. the ll nor excel, keyaria, told me deposit was 545.00 i got it ,but it was 498.00 these mf at excel say i pay 40% of my income but this is a shitty apt not tax c... read more

Excel developement housing for mental health theyre not what you think. I pay more rent than the agency they say im supposed to, ll pays all utilities (ad) they had me sign lease ll ask will i be ok with this? No i called housing speacialist she said she informed me on all issues on this housing but she never told me shit i only seen her once i been to excel 5 times she was not there or else i would not write review.my deposit was 498.00 i pd more who told me?
