Excell dental office staff is amazing but the dentists are a joke. First off they had me waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled time due to lunch breaks, I get everyone has to eat but isn't that why we make appointments? The female dentist rushed through filling my cavities and was terribly rude to the assistants helping. She was literally yelling at this poor girl and gave me a panick attack in the process. Always do a great job
My experience was great. Everyone was so polite and helpful even though I had some hiccups down the line. My surgery went well and they walked me threw every part of the process before they did it.
The front desk is very friendly and helpful! I got my wisdom teeth out, and had such a good experience. My dentist, Dr Jardine was funny and made me feel really comfortable and safe. Same with his assistant! Before I could come to Excel I got my teeth checked at another dentist and what a nightmare, they tried to send me all the way to Seattle to get my teeth out (with no other option, I found Excel myself) and when I asked them to send my X-rays over they forgot, and then sent the wrong ones.. so the day of my surgery at E... read more
