Excel has been cleaning my Santa suits for the last three years. We have had good service up until this year. I took my suit in to be cleaned, they had it for five days and never tried to contact me to let me know there was a problem. the suit plainly stated DRY CLEAN ONLY when I got it back the white fur was red. I talked with the manager all he offered to do was clean it again. He tried to put the blame and responsibility off on someone else instead of taking responsibility for his team totally destroying my suit. If you h... read more
