I had over 3 technicians come out to services the heater. I wasnt comfortable with any of those companies and left feeling lied to. After searching for 3 months, Excel the only review had 1 word that was important to me…”HONEST”. Mr Quy is truly honest and trustworthy. Excel is a true name of what excellent stands for
