I used to have high thoughts of this company as I have been impressed with their work in the past. However, I just had a horrible experience with one of the consultants. I brought in a laptop for the second time for reoccurring issues. I could also tell that the quality of the previous work was poor, because they returned the laptop to me with metal pieces sticking out of the bottom cover.
