I think that most people who have given bad reviews re: EXCEL is because they weren’t qualified for certain studies or because their stipend was not what they expected it to be. I’ve been to this clinic twice now and each time my stipend on my card has been $150. The first time it took 72 hours, but the second time it only took about 3 hours to deposit to the card. I had a 9:30 appointment for a 3-hour fasting procedure. Due to their outdated equipment and inefficient operations, I didn't leave that place until almost 5:00 p.m. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I do not recommend taking any tests or clinical trials here, as they are disrespectful of your time.
I participated in a respiratory study, they were friendly and gave courteous service.
