Just had my carpet cleaned, there was more water left on my tile then in my carpet. I asked if he cleaned that up and I was told well I guess I can get a rag. I shouldn't have had to spend an hour soaking up water in my home after having the carpets cleaned! Their equipment leaves puddled of something blue behind also. Not professional at all.
