Horrible workmanship and materials. This company has even (knowingly) installed wrong materials when called out to replace a thermofoil counter that was painted to hide damaged materials. As soon as I asked, "Is this the right material even?" The employee answered "no" without even looking. So he knew already that he was installing the wrong cabinet surface and did it anyway, hoping I wouldn't notice.
