I recently took my 2014 Excel Limited 34IKE to RV Sales for work on two of my slides. Melody helped me make a reservation for a specific date and time and upon arrival I explained to Kevin what my problems were. Kevin made adjustments to both of my large slides and they now work wonderfully. I have dubbed Kevin the "Slide Master" as his adjustments were far better than the original settings from Peterson Industries. I can't brag enough about the helpful and courteous service that I received.

The customer service at RV Sales is unbeatable. They were completely honest with us and we always felt like we could really trust them to make sure we were making the right choice in our purchase. Even though we did not buy a new rv, never the less, the people there made sure all was in order before we left with it. A really good experience and we recommend RV Sales highly.
