Beware of the return policies on lease copiers for this company. Sales person Mike was not helpful at all unless you showed interest in a new copier. Then he becomes A1 sales person. Not the normal sales follow up but poppin in all times of the work day. We are still being billed for a copier we returned 1 year ago. Negotiate your way out of the lease before you start the lease.
