From the moment I first talked to Steve Doyle on the phone, I knew that I had contacted the right person to do our new ADU in Lewes. I was right in every way. We love our new space above the garage. It is elegant and spacious. Thanks to Steve’s planning and thanks to his super team. Special thanks to Vic and Joshua for their “over the top” attention to detail!

They charge $2 a square foot to give an estimate. A couple of thousand dollar before you know the cost. Didn’t make any sense to me. I received two other estimate for free.

If I ever need to build a home again, I will not hesitate to call Excel Builders. I’m pleased with everything about their service, including both how I was treated and the final look and feel of the home. I loved that they picked up every time I called them, and that they were so accommodating with my requests to tour the construction as it was being done. Their transparency earned my trust very early, and the home’s quality proves that trust was well-placed.

Excel Builders built a wonderful patio for my mother, and could not have made it easier to work with them. They were available every single time I called, adapted to several special requests and sent me a very fair invoice. This is probably my best ever experience with building contractors.
