I just had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Excel Automotive Repair, St. Charles! I called to make an appointment for an oil change and the owner, Minor, was able to get me in on short notice. When I arrived there, my car was immediately taken in for service. Had work done on my wife’s car.... even with the social distancing be enforced. Excel made it super simple, from dropping off the car to picking it up. The service and pricing was fantastic as well. Thanks again Minor and team !!!
I can not thank Excel enough for the work done recently on my 2015 Honda Pilot! They came in under what the dealer quoted me and did more work! (Replaced the brake pads and rotors instead of just resurfacing the rotors and leaving the brake pads) They really took the time to understand our situation and make our towing vehicle safe for this years camping season! She runs like new! We are so glad that we have found a place we can trust with our vehicles!

Owner of shop Mr. Minor Mobley is a great guy! I’ve spent time with him while I was waiting for my car service and I had a chance to listening about his life story. Amazing and interesting story and he should write a book about it!! I’ve been here more than a couple of years for oil changing but I’ve never had a chance to talk about personal stuff. Now I know him much better and I will continue to come here and I recommend everyone to get here to car service!!
I most definitely recommend this place! my truck I had gotten an estimate stating that it needed a new motor, IT WAS KNOCKING, I end up taking it here for a second opinion THEY ENDED UP CHANGING THE LIFTERS ON THE ENGINE CARS RUNNING LIKE BRAND NEW! THANK YOU SO MUCH APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE!
