My check engine light came on and the dealership quoted me over $1200 to repair the thermostat. I got a referral to Excel Automotive and Mark was very kind and said the price seemed high for just a thermostat. He was able to complete the job of 1/5 of the dealership and my car was ready to pick up the same day.

The treatment I received was deeply unprofessional and, in my view, racially discriminatory. As a Black woman/person of color, I felt targeted and disrespected.
