Excellent repair service. Straight and to the point
“I was recently service at Excel automotive after asking for my car to be checked before a long-distance trip. The owner told me, ‘We will never service her again,’ without cause or explanation. The treatment I received was deeply unprofessional and, in my view, racially discriminatory. As a Black woman/person of color, I felt targeted and disrespected.
