I went to this car repair shop yesterday, and the owner was very nice and patient. He carefully listened to our car problems and checked everything for us. It turned out that the issue was just a small mistake on our side, and he helped us fix it quickly. The check-up was done carefully, and he didn’t even charge us for it. He also helped tighten the car tires before we left. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this repair shop!

In March, I had my car towed to Excel Auto Tech and spoke with Scott, the owner, to get a repair estimate. The next morning, he called back with a quote: $1,000 just to open the defective part, $600 for the "band" that holds the axle, and another $1,000 to replace the part—bringing the total to $2,938 after tax.
