I am so happy to have met Smita to take care of my hearing aids’ needs. I learned a lot from her. She is so patient, competent and knowledgeable.
I needed assistance for replacement hearing aids my elderly mothers and Smita provided excellent service as she is patient and took ample time over a month to let us try various hearing aids before we made our selection. She is an outstanding audiologist who genuinely wants to help the client/patient.
Smita is helpful and kind. She is readily available for any questions or concerns and helped me feel very comfortable with my new hearing aids.
I have the greatest respect for Dr. Gupta, Audiologist Simita Singh and the entire staff of Gupta ENT Center!! They were FANTASTIC!! But I have to "tip my hat" to Ms. Singh, who made this a smooth and easy endeavor. To rank it on a 1-10 rating, I would have given a 23!! Thank you all.
My experience with Smita has been wonderful!! She is very thorough and professional and fully explained all of my options related to improving my hearing. I was allowed to “try-out” different hearing aids to determine which best fit my needs. I have learned how to operate, clean and care for my new hearing aids and follow-up appointments to “tweak” the hearing aids are easily scheduled. I am a very pleased and satisfied patient. I highly recommend contacting Smita if you are in need of hearing assistance. She is the “BEST”!!
