Dennis Newberry has no idea how to run a business. He charged us $95 to come LOOK at our defective dishwasher racks (not fix or replace... just LOOK). He was supposed to submit the report to LG Appliances and HomeDepot but never did. They have nothing in their files. That was 3.5 months ago. He won't answer his phone or return our messages. He's a scammer. AVOID USING HIM.
