Mr. Park and Isaac were fantastic! They came out to assess the situation before I had to sign anything, which no one else was willing to do. They got my claim started, negotiated with the insurance company, and got it covered. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Excel Adjusters to anyone in need!

Sarah was extremely helpful with our claim. she took the time to explain the entire process in detail before we filed, and she made sure we were always updated on the status of the claim. My family and I went on a trip to France for a week and a half only to come back home to a flooded house. The ceiling in my garage fell and I had severe water damage throughout my home.
