Justin is an excellent real estate agent and more. He throws himself into his profession, is very knowledgeable about current markets, and makes regular video posts about current market conditions. Not only did he help us purchase our home 5 years ago, he recently helped us sell our current home in a very difficult market. He's skilled in the art of negotiations and his calm demeanor helped us stay focus on closing the deal. You can't go wrong choosing Justin to be your agent.

This is the second time we have worked with Justin. First time was to buy the house and this time to sell. He is easy to work with. He is responsive and communicative. He is personable and was caring about our situation and needs. He went out of his way to water our plants and check on the house when we were out of town. He is also knowledgeable about the housing market and makes recommendations accordingly but also listened to what we wanted. I would definitely use his services again.

Justin is the Real Deal. Justin worked hard to get us the house we wanted against some seriously stiff competition and kept us from spending a ton to get it. Seller wanted a bidding war after getting 4 total offers right after listing, and we ended up with the house despite NOT bidding the highest. 100% I would recommend Justin to anyone in the area looking for an agent. I highly, highly recommend Justin. In a difficult market, he helped me sell my condo, which was an unusual condo in that it had all the appearances of a townhouse. Very communicative and reliable. He created professional marketing materials and leveraged social media. He maintained regular contact with me and potential buyers post showings. And went above and beyond supplying temporary patio furniture for my empty patio to help improve the appearance of my property for showings.
