I'm an apprentice and this is my first construction job. Exceed got me set up with schooling, tools, and parking passes for my job site. My foreman Connor offers detailed and by-the-book instructions so that I know exactly what to do. They give me enough breathing room so that I can take care of myself and my family. It's a great company to work for.
