Absolutely professional and friendly service. Liz came in less that five minutes from when I called (fortunately she was close), assesed the situation, and we figured out a best solution. She was kind and efficient. I was visiting the area so hope I don't need her services again anytime soon, but give the highest recommendation possible.

They were quick to show up, but the driver didn't seem to know what he was doing. Tried to use one of his threaded tow eyes, they didn't fit my car. So then he tried to use the J-hook under the car, got it 3 feet on the roll back and the hook came off and car rolled back?? Not safe. While strapping down the car, he damaged the wheel which he saw and noted on the invoice. I paid the tow bill and figured I would follow up with the office, which I did.
