As the owner of this business, I want to let anyone who may be visiting this page we are no longer at this address and moved to 8 E 2nd St. STE 202 Frederick MD 21701. I have tried to get this corrected on Citysearch but no luck so far.

Our daughter Brittany just closed on her first home, a condo in Bethesda. Her Realtor and lender both recommended she let Excalibur Title and Escrow handle the signing. The closing went smoothly. The HUD-1 was explained to her thoroughly, line by line. The statement of adjustments was clear as was the mortgage document, which can often be very legaleeze. She found the whole process less nerve racking than she expected. To have a closing statement explained properly goes a long way for making a good escrow.

I bought a piece of real estate down in Maryland recently and these guys handled the transaction and settlement so smoothly I felt I had to write a review of it! I was impressed with how kind they were and also how efficient their whole staff was at making the settlement as painless as possible for me. Great company that knows exactly what they are doing. I give them an A+++ all the way!
