They came out sometime last summer to install some flashing where it was lacking, with the intent of stopping a slight water leak. Everything was just fine until a piece of the flashing fell off a month ago. I talked to the owner of Excalibur over the phone, who stated that his guy must have forgotten to nail the piece down, but haven't been able to get a hold of him since. Refuses to answer my calls or emails.
My experience was very similar to that of Keith H. At least six or seven other businesses failed to provide me with any help. Some never answered my voice mails, or their voice mailboxes were full. One company gave me a free inspection/estimate but didn't follow through afterwards. And another never bothered to show up for their estimate appointment, ignoring my follow-up calls.
