This Dinesh person is the rudest man that I have ever spoken with. I am a local Houston area investor and was looking to list a property with him BUT before I could even get out a word this man proceeded to scream at me over the phone asking me if I can afford to buy one of his houses at full price!? This is not a way to conduct a phone call at all in my opinion but if it suits you then I guess. To whoever does business with person I wish you the best of luck.
