Extremely helpful people here. We were a group of riders from Illinois riding around lake Superior on a weekend. We had a rider lose an oil fill cap on the trail. We called these guys near the end of the day and explained our situation. They did not immediately have the proper part in stock and we were 100k east at the time of the call. doing the lake superior route. left from indiana when I arrived in Thunder Bay, I needed a new rear tire. Called Excalibur and they got me in first thing in the morning to replace my tire. The staff here is amazing. Super nice, courteous, helpful, I can't say enough about them. Highly recommend stopping here if you need on the spot traveling service.
Michelle (the short one) was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with buying a helmet for the first time. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I will be coming back to Excalibur in the future because of her. Thank you Michelle!
