Ok this is an EXCELLENT review that didn't start out to be due to fault and not the fault of Excalibur. Art opened my eyes to what happens at dealerships. It is not just the salesman who are worthy of the bad rap. I bought my Ford Explorer Sport right off the showroom floor. After paying extra for the PolySeal to be applied I searched for weeks on who I wanted to care for the washing and detailing of my investment.
