We called Excalibur Garage Door Repair Inc. the other week to get some advice on our struggling garage door opener. I just had Excalibur come out to give me a quote to replace my garage door. He was so knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me more than I needed and was such a nice guy. It feels good when you find companies out there that hire such all-around good people that you really feel comfortable doing business with. Our new door will be here in two weeks! I highly recommend this company!
AwesomeKelvin was a true professional and knew exactly what my needs for this replacement entailed. He was honest, showed me the 'ropes' on keeping the replacement parts working and explained the warranties to me in lay person's terms. He got the job done in good time and was truly impressed with his craftsmanship as well. Knew what he was doing and didn't waste any time getting started and getting the job done right. Very impressive all the way around. Now I have the quietest and nicest garage door opener on the block.
I called Steve about the problem I was having with my garage door. I was impressed by how much time he spent on the phone walking me through the problem before he showed up. He was very courteous when answering my very basic questions and educated me on all my options and cost. I had broken springs on a 2 door garage. He fixed the springs in under an hour. I cannot express enough how very pleased I was with his service. He did a thorough and meticulous job. Keep it up Steve!!
We've had two instances where we have used Excalibur Garage Door Repair Inc. The first time when we got a complete garage door installation and again when we had to get some new remotes. Both times it has been a great experience. Their technicians are very professional. They show up when the say they will, work quickly and carefully, and ensures the problem is resolved before they leave. I recommend them unreservedly!
