That HOA is a real mess, every time we need to fish the information, no communication, one sends an e-mail to receive no response. Changes are made and the homeowners are not even notified. The person who manages our account is terrible, can't even send the right e-mail to the person who queried in the first place. It's really simple, if someone sends you a question just press the reply arrow while the e-mail is open on your screen. Learn how to use a computer. That reflects so bad on your business.
honestly such a relief having these guys manage my rental property... they handle all the tenant issues and repairs so fast that i dont even have to think about it.
