Amber was great.... fixed my problem and made recommendations that have really helped. She has been only a phone call away when I have needed help and working remotely reduced my stress level by 100%. These guys are the best!
Donny was friendly, and dedicated to helping me out, even though I didn't think we'd be able to solve my problem. I needed data recovery. He relentlessly found four different SD card readers to try in two different computers, hoping one might read the card, which had a faulty controller chip.
