Worst experience ever, so far! The manager won't return my calls. They damaged the paint on my trunk terribly and are saying it was already there, though they even sent me photos that prove there was no damage initially! Fraudulent activity with evidence. Definitely do NOT recommend this shady business! It seems that Progressive insurance is in on it as well, though I cannot prove that.
I had a car accident in the beginning of September. Against my better judgment I let the car go here. On day 5 they called and said car was done! Went to pick it up and could see all the damaged areas still before i even got out of the car. Needless to say i had to leave the car. They were runs, new damages, and poor quality paint job and parts put on my car.I went there a few weeks later to see the progress and the car wasnt even there, still no clue where my car was.Final… See more
RecommendedThe nice folks at Gerber took care of me when I recently wrecked my 2019 Chevy Silverado. They dealt with the insurance company and guided the claims process so that it was hassle free. They took the time to identify all damaged components and helped to get the most value out of my policy. My son was recommended here by his insurance company. He was given a quote and told that he would be called next day to give an appointment time. We'll, after many calls from my son, myself and insurance company. Nobody answered the phone nor returned phone calls! It took a call to corporate to get a returned call. It would be nice if people actually answered the phones and returned phone calls. I had an insurance claim sent there to do some repair work on my van. Someone from the shop called my husband. I called back several times, left a voicemail explaining the situation, and no one ever called me back. I called my insurance company and got the claim sent to Norton and Richardson.
