RecommendedWith this virus going around dealership said it would take 3-4 months to get the 2 small broken cosmetic pieces I wanted put back on and buffing out the scuff marks ..Bill had his team on it and within 2 or 3 days the parts were at his Shop...They had my car done in a couple of hours..including detailing ! Very professional easy to work with...would recommend to anyone looking to get auto work done.

The Chagrin Falls location did a Wonderful job fixing my vehicle. Service was quick and thorough. My vehicle looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks to the entire staff.

I have been to Excalibur in Chagrin Falls a few times and each time they have exceeded my expectations. The workmanship is exceptional and the customer service was great! When I picked up my vehicle I was so excited to see that it looked like new. I couldn’t even find where the original damage was. They did a fabulous job! I will continue to go there and highly recommend them to everyone else!
