I had an outstanding experience with this jeweler, especially from one employee - Dara. From the first contact, her professionalism was clear with transparent pricing and communication. Great customer service. After the purchase, she followed up promptly to confirm the fit and to answer a couple of small questions I had, which I appreciated. The finished ring exceeded expectations and felt personalized in every detail.
I had the most amazing experience with Ex Aurum Jewelers. My daughter and I went to have a ring made for her. They spent so much time going over what would look best for her.
