Terra and Julica were very professional, friendly, thorough, and efficient during my husband’s and my exam. We were pleased with the whole experience.

Ms. Amanda Mills was the 2nd examiner I had at LHI on Phillips Highway in Jacksonville, Fl and prob the 50th in my many years (i am 67 atm) of interaction with the Veterans Administration Disability Claims people, This lady was by far the best and most patient examiner I have ever interacted with. I wanted to thank Regina, the nurse that did our in-home exam. Not only was she kind and efficient, but she also was great with my boyfriend who is Deaf. She knew some basic American Sign Language (ASL) and wrote down questions and comments on paper to ensure he understood everything that as going during the exam. Her professionalism really stood out to us. Not many in the medical field know how to respectfully communicate with Deaf patients. Thanks again Regina!
