I am not at all surprised I only see a 1.8 review. However, the technician that came to my house was/is awesome. He goes by Dan. But, the branch office is quite a hot mess 🤦♂️. They are not up to par. Next time I have to call the branch office, I know I’ll get an anxiety. Unless, I speak to someone else besides Brianna. I clearly remember her name. She is slow mentally.
