I had my blood drawn at this ExamOne location last week. So this is a recent experience. My appt was at 11:30am and I was seen at 11:35. The location was an hour’s drive from my home. Parking was crowded. The building was easy to find and marked well (bldg address is right above front entrance). The ExamOne office is shared with Quest Diagnostics. The scheduler sent me to a place that was "permanently closed." I arrived for my appointment (FASTING BLOODWORK, mind you) to see the door tagged to contact another facility. I called back and they basically were like "No one bothered to contact you to reschedule?" Um no, if they did I wouldn't be here would I? They said they would let a supervisor know, but I assume I'm out my time and gas going to the wrong place, not to mention I missed an hour of work and was thirsty and starving. What a mess.

If I could give a 0 I would. The customer service is horrible. The scheduler was rude. The lady who did my bloodwork mislabeled and it was supposedly sent to wrong lab and then came back as a males bloodwork. She offered to reschedule and draw my blood at a McDonald's. Im not a medical professional but drawing blood at a McDonald's does not sound sanitary or acceptable.
