One of the worst experiences. Like, ever. Avoid.
I've been trying to get an appt at home scheduled for a week now. The upside of this service is supposed to be convenience, so you can get the tests at home and avoid the drive. I was getting this scheduled for an insurance policy that I wanted to put in place. I called 5 times over a week and was told there were not enough testing specialists in my area.
