Poor communication! I was trying to call this office to confirm my appointment, but no one answered the phone! Then I get the call from them and I’m late for my appointment! Not even an apology for their phone problems. I got a reschedule, but now I’m concerned with the service
Arrived at my appointment ten minutes early. Office was locked, no one was there. Called and got the answering machine. Called again and got the central office. The central office had my appointment scheduled, but didn’t know where the examiners were. She called me back after finding out. They don’t take appointments after 3:00pm. Interesting. They offered to fit me in on another day, but if they can’t get an appointment right, how can I trust them to get my insurance medical examination right. Oh well. I guess I’ll get my i... read more
I visited here during COVID and was happy with my visit. They did a good job keeping all the appointments staggered and were quick with the work. They did, however, forget to give me a document on my way out. But considering everything going on I definitely understand. They are professional and personable here.
