My practitioner never showed up for my appointment after I took off work and followed their checklist. She then had the audacity to claim that she had rang my doorbell and called me when I had been waiting at my door from the appointment time until 30 minutes later. It wasn’t until the customer service center got her voicemail twice that she finally answered their call, called me, and refused to come for my appointment. Very unprofessional,l and dishonest, I would never use if I didn’t have to.
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I had to get my blood test for life insurance. The lady there poked a needle in my arm but couldn't get any blood out. She literally shove the needle while it was still in my arm to see if she can get blood out. SERIOUSLY??? I could've sued her for that. It was super painful so I screamed and the other lady apologized and stepped in to get my blood. Ofc she had to do on different arm so ended up having two arms bleeding. Poor communication! I was trying to call this office to confirm my appointment, but no one answered the phone! Then I get the call from them and I’m late for my appointment! Not even an apology for their phone problems. I got a reschedule, but now I’m concerned with the service
