Karin came to my house for a blood draw. She texted me to let me know she was running a little late. She was kind and efficient. It all went smoothly. Oftentimes I get a bruise at the needle site but it seems like this draw will be bruise-free. I don't know if that is a skill thing or just something that happens. We still finished the draw in the allotted time window. Thanks.
I had an appointment for life insurance and they had me pissed off but continued with my blood pressure and being pissed off it was through the roof.
Extremely rude. We had to use this place for life insurance. They wouldn't work on the schedule. Refused to let me go back with my husband who has anxiety over needles. Not professional at all. I would HIGHLY recommend refusing to use this place.
If I could give Exam One less than one star, I would. The first appointment was cancelled with less than 1 hour notice at 6:00 am. The second appointment provider arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Now, the third appointment was scheduled for a day different than what was confirmed with me on the phone. This entire process is a nightmare and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Girl working there is slow and they schedule people with no ability to serve that schedule. Carpets are filthy, disgusting dust and filth on the air conditioning vents.. trashy facility
