Staff extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Complaining about the policies they were to follow while I was present. They made me feel like they didn't care about me and it was obviously just a job. Took no pride in there work.
Work for a company that contracts all of our drug testing out. Exam one is where we send out local charlotte employees to usually have no complaints but had one that was very negative about the sanitary conditions and the protection of personal belongings while in the rest room.
