My 87year old dad broke his right femur and then suffered a stroke two days later. He was sent to another facility for rehab for 28 days. It was a disaster. Luckily we found Exalt with the help of Jennifer, an exalt representative. She kept checking on my father and finally helped my family get my dad moved there. In 3 days at exalt, he has made more progress than the whole time at the other facility. Exalt has exceptional staff and my dad is actually enjoying the “hospital” food. 🙏🏻
My niece Adrianna Aguilar is a patient in Conroe TX her main nurse is Ashley Gee and my niece absolutely love her nurse Ashley she goes over and above to make sure my niece is happy healthy and safe being a 19 year old patient she is scared of the unknown this is all new to my niece but Ms.Ashley makes sure my niece is happy and not scared of anything other than Ashley being 100% amazing the rehab is so amazing we couldn't of asked for any more perfection from them all they all deserve a award and as for Ms Ashley she deserv... read more
My daughter was brought here on 2-19 and so far everything has been great Jennifer and her team worked hard to get my daughter approved due to insurance but they made it happen ! And it's been a pleasant stay so far the aid Ashley has been great my daughter brags about her to every Ashley has gone over and beyond to make sure my daughter has what she needs and wheny daughter is upset Ashley comes and talks to her and calms her down my daughter said she wants Ashley to be her aid while we are are she is one of the best nurses... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. Administrative and discharge staff are despicable. I hope they sleep well at night knowing how horrible they are and that God forgives them. We'll be proceeding with legal help.
Overall, as pleasant as an experience as possible, under the circumstances. Clean rooms gym equipment sanitized, hot good food, with variety, staffed fairly well, weekends a little off with the nursing assistants. The physical therapists and occupational therapists are highly trained and patient. Big shout out to nurses Teresa and AJ, night nurses. Thanks all.
