I arrived in a debilitated state after complicated shoulder surgery with subsequent blood loss. I left, reinvigorated, stronger and well able to care for myself, living alone. I had an excellent experience with competent, devoted, professional ( but friendly)staff. There are a few who went beyond their responsibilities and need special mention. The nursing staff as well as the therapist's are second to none here. I had a total of three months stay, and was paralyzed from the waist down. Vickie, Anna, Virginia, Merlinda, Tangy Sofia, Ashley, Robin, Teresa and AJ were all the very best staff anyone could ask for. I highly recommend this rehab hospital.

Some staff, were not very professional, and didn't use alcohol wipes, before giving an injection. This happened twice, by two different so called nurses. I felt neglected, and they didn't communicate very well. Some nurses good, some seemed like they didn't know what to do, and very slow to respond, and the facility seemed understaffed with hard to understand foreign language.
