The admissions process was frustrating due to a lack of knowledge and multiple attempts needed to get the referral moving. The admissions representative was not helpful or experienced, which ultimately led me to change my family’s care location.
New, clean facility. Staff was person and competent. Special attention from case manager Andrea made sure all went as expected.
The whole staff at this facility is super attentive and were awesome in caring for my mom recently. I highly recommend!
My 87year old dad broke his right femur and then suffered a stroke two days later. He was sent to another facility for rehab for 28 days. It was a disaster. Luckily we found Exalt with the help of Jennifer, an exalt representative. She kept checking on my father and finally helped my family get my dad moved there. In 3 days at exalt, he has made more progress than the whole time at the other facility. Exalt has exceptional staff and my dad is actually enjoying the “hospital” food. 🙏🏻
My niece Adrianna Aguilar is a patient in Conroe TX her main nurse is Ashley Gee and my niece absolutely love her nurse Ashley she goes over and above to make sure my niece is happy healthy and safe being a 19 year old patient she is scared of the unknown this is all new to my niece but Ms.Ashley makes sure my niece is happy and not scared of anything other than Ashley being 100% amazing the rehab is so amazing we couldn't of asked for any more perfection from them all they all deserve a award and as for Ms Ashley she deserv... read more
