Some staff, were not very professional, and didn't use alcohol wipes, before giving an injection. This happened twice, by two different so called nurses. I felt neglected, and they didn't communicate very well. Some nurses good, some seemed like they didn't know what to do, and very slow to respond, and the facility seemed understaffed with hard to understand foreign language. This was the best rehab experience of my life. My PT MS Vicki and my OT Ms Virginia worked me in every way and got my independent again. If you need intensive therapy come here and ask for them. They both really know what they're doing
I came to Exalt with high expectations. These were all met. The food is excellent! I do mean excellent...as good as homemade! My therapists.....my Physical Therapist Vicki, worked me hard and sometimes I cried, but I'm glad she worked me hard..that's her job and I'm all the stronger for it. Now my Ocupational Therapist, Virginia,...she was so much fun! She made the time fly by. This place is Amazing! I wish I found it sooner. My mom had knee surgery and needed full time care. After explaining everything to the coordinator she got on board and worked very hard at helping me get my mother’s insurance to accept her enrollment. She has been better for it. I owe her recovery to Exhault Health and there team. Thank you for treating us like family. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in need of rehabilitation.
