My mother spent some time at Exalt for rehabilitation, and our family is very appreciative of the care she received. Every staff member we encountered, from the front office to the CNAs, nurses, doctors, and therapists, was compassionate, attentive, and truly focused on helping her improve. Pros: Nice new facility, great location, PT and OT specialists did a good job, nice and spacious rooms. Cons: Inattentive nursing staff (except for Jessica, she was good!)- pressing the button wouldn't yield timely help. Foley bag was leaking and needed changing for hours. After calling for help, my mom would go look for help and the nurses would all be at their station, looking at phones and waiting to get off shift (hate to be negative, but it was their experience). I had a really good experience at Exalt Health in Scottsdale. The staff was professional, patient, and truly cared about my recovery. The therapy team took the time to create a plan that fit my needs and pushed me in a positive way. You can tell they know what they’re doing and want to see you get better. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing rehab services.
