My father was a patient after a fall and hip replacement. Upon arrival he waited 3 hours to have his feces filled diaper changed. It was during a shift change was the reason. The beautiful new facility is a ghost town during shift change, no staff to be found. The staffing during his stay was extremely uneven, some were caring and competent while others seemed as if they were being bothered to do their job.
