I had the most wonderful customer service experience today with Senior Representative, Monica J. She was both friendly and informative. After reviewing my information, Monica said she would forward my case to another department and it would likely take 48 hours for their review. She said she would get back to me with a progress report. Well, don’t I get a call back a couple hours later with the answer I was looking for. Kudos to Monica for taking the time to making me feel important!
