Service technician, Kenny, was professional and knowledgeable on my system. He answered my questions and played out a plan to address the problems I was having. He exceeded my expectations
When my HVAC was no longer working and Kenny and team quickly got me an affordable estimate and completely replaced the system within a few days from my initial call. Very professional, great quality work and a pleasure to work with. I also signed up for their annual maintenance program and they do a great job of making sure the system keeps running as intended. Kenny is great. We had a new Trane put in three years ago after our 47 year old Trane unit finally failed. Exact Temp and heating have taken good care of us and the HVAC system. They stand behind their products and yesterday when our heat failed they were out the same day. It was just a clog and Kenny found the problem in seconds. They have knowledgeable techs and are great to do business with.
I have been very impressed with this company’s level of communication, their timeliness, their professionalism and esp their pricing of equipment and services (compared to other estimates we received). When we asked for them to come out to do an estimate, Kenny offered to come right away (on a Saturday). He provided us w/ three different price point options to choose from.
