Once again, technician was on time and very professional. His charge for semi-annual fall maintenance was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Once again, Kenny of Exact Temp provided superb, expert service to the HVAC systems at our home of residence and our rental property. Exact Temp has been our choice for more than 10 years, and we couldn't be more pleased. This time, Kenny leveled our outdoor AC unit to prevent damage, and he found that our fresh air exchange was not functioning, returning it to proper working order. We have complete confidence in Exact Temp.

Overpriced and Poor Quality Work Exact Temp Heating & Cooling repaired my HVAC on June 10th and overcharged me for the job. Less than two months later, the system failed again. Instead of standing by their work, they tried to charge me for another repair on the same unresolved problem. Very disappointed — poor value and no accountability.
There has never been a time where the service and customer service has not been top notch. I am always satisfied with the work performed. I called due to my unit not working and Kenny showed up within 20 mins and repaired in 30 mins. Highly recommend!!!
