Sarah at Exact solar was so caring and helpful. We had cold water from our solar water heater for days. I called exact solar and they were very busy but Sarah found help for me. Mark came out to my house and showed me exactly what was going on and what to do. He was an expert so of course he was fast at fixing the problem and showed me what I can do next time.
We've had our solar panels since 2009 and never had a problem with them. Mark and Exact Solar are on top of their game.
Professional, courteous and helpful. Our panels were done five years ago and they still offer excellent support for any questions we may have.
If you have a home in NJ with a southward facing roof with limited tree cover or shade - Exact Solar is a no brainer. We are getting nearly 24% return on our investment in year 1. It is great to have a $0 electricity bill and get a SREC check every month. Exact Solar has a great team and the ability to execute a plan that will ultimately make you money.
